At TrooBaby, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality second-hand strollers and exceptional service. To ensure a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience, please review our stroller purchase policy below:

1. Second-Hand Strollers Only: All strollers featured on our website are second-hand, meaning they have been previously owned and used by other families.

2. Performance Testing: Before shipment, all strollers undergo thorough performance testing to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you wish to receive videos or additional photos of the stroller you've selected, please send a direct message to our Instagram page with your receipt. We will provide you with a portfolio detailing the condition and performance of your chosen stroller.

3. Final Sale: All stroller purchases made through TrooBaby are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

4. One-Time Exchange: In the event that you receive a stroller that does not meet your expectations or has a manufacturer's defect, TrooBaby will allow a one-time exchange for another stroller of equal or lesser value. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your stroller to initiate the exchange process.

5. Repairs and Replacement Parts: At this time, TrooBaby does not offer repairs for torn fabrics or replacement parts for missing pieces on second-hand strollers.

6. Transparency: We strive to be transparent about the condition of all strollers listed on our website. Each stroller is carefully inspected, and any notable wear or imperfections will be clearly described in the product listing.

7. Cleaning Service: As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, TrooBaby provides the initial cleaning of the stroller at no additional charge. Should you require a deep clean, an additional fee of $20 will be incurred.
